Definately worth every penny!
The problems I hear about these gloves tend to fall into the fitment. First off, these gloves as with most Alpinestars gloves are sized with European sizing, so a Medium is actually a small, and a large is actually a medium, make sure to order a size up if you are use to Icon or any other American sized gloves your use to owning. This glove does offer many safety feature which you wont find on many of the cheaper gloves. The down grade to this glove is the Sp-1, and the upgrade would be the GPX. I would purchase these again!!!

Love these pants, Had to return the ifrst pair I bough because the sizing is a little off. My Opinion...Order big! They are extremely adjustable in the waist, (EX. so if you are a size 30...go with the 32's.) Dont worry about the length, because they will be longer when walking in them...but just right when riding.
